Telamara Ltd offer delivery to the UK, Europe and Worldwide, *subject to the type of product ordered in relation to your country’s relevant laws – please check this. Telamara Ltd accepts no liability for customers risking shipping products that are illegal in their country.
All orders that are made before 3 pm will be processed and dispatched that day (Monday to Friday).
Orders made on Sundays will be dispatched on the next working day.
UK Shipping
With all UK orders, you will be given a choice as to how you would like you to order to be delivered. You can choose from the following:
- First Class: Royal Mail aims to deliver the first class on the next working day.
- Second Class: Royal Mail aims to deliver second-class mail within 3 working days.
- Special Delivery – Royal Mail guarantees next day delivery. Parcels must be signed for on arrival with this option. Restrictions apply – find out more at www.royalmail.com/sd

Delivery dates times are dependent on any customs inspection that may occur. Duty and tax charges may be made, which may extend the delivery process. PLEASE NOTE: These are payable by the customer and not by whipped cream chargers.
Telamara Ltd uses Royal Mail’s Airmail Service.
- Delivery to Europe is expected within 3 workings days and worldwide is 5 working days.
- Same as UK Shipment: All orders that are made before 3 pm will be processed and dispatched that day (Monday to Friday).

Unfortunately deliveries times are not guaranteed – Telamara Ltd delivery dates are estimated and could take longer. Royal Mail will dispatch your mail to the specified country on the first available flight, yet please understand that delivery standards in other countries do vary.

All Credit/Debit orders will be shipped the same day on orders made before 3 pm
Bank transfer order payment cutoff is 2 pm due to the maximum period of 2 hours for bank transfers.
